With involvement in over 214 remodeling projects, $340 million in real estate financing, and $712 million in real estate sales, Steve’s extensive background equips him to help clients achieve their real estate goals.

Steve’s business journey began humbly at the age of 12 as a paperboy and caddy in the suburbs of Chicago, instilling in him the value of hard work and exceptional customer service. He attended California Polytechnic in San Luis Obispo, earning a walk-on spot on the football team. Graduating with honors in Business Finance, Steve held multiple leadership roles in fraternal and educational groups.

Driven by a passion for client success, Steve’s professional experience encompasses all aspects of real estate. His comprehensive knowledge allows him to provide invaluable guidance, answering questions clients may not even know to ask. This deep understanding of marketing and real estate ensures that Steve delivers the preferred outcomes for his clients.

Steve’s real estate career began as a loan officer, culminating in a role with one of the nation’s largest mortgage banks, where he contributed to closing over $55 billion in new loans annually. This mortgage expertise serves as a huge benefit to sellers, helping them significantly reduce escrow fallout by identifying potential mortgage related issues, in addition this helps buyers receive the best possible financing terms.

As a homeowner and real estate investor, Steve has bought and sold multiple properties, gaining firsthand experience of the challenges in the sale and purchase process. Starting with a house painting business in college that earned him front-page coverage in the Orange County Register, he flipped properties for substantial profits and completed a major renovation on his own home, quadrupling its value.
